Tariff 2010, rate per night (minimum of 2 night stay)

Friday and Saturday

Sunday to Thursday

Tariffs for the Arthouse

The Arthouse is nestled in the middle of 25 acres of rainforest. It is a contemporary one bedroom studio with king size bed, ensuite, and living room with open fire. The large deck with outdoor dining and day bed is the perfect place to read a good book, listen to the birdsong and take in the outstanding views of rainforest and the coast. Relax and unwind in the outdoor stone bathtub or take a stroll through the herb garden and orchard.  4WD or all wheel drive vehicle is recommended for this property.

Maximum 2 guests permitted at the Arthouse. No children. 

Tariff 2010, rate per night (minimum of 2 night stay)

Sunday to Thursday: $250

Friday and Saturday: $300

Special offer Midweek Special: $650 (3 nights), $800 (4 nights)

 

 

Terms and Conditions

  • Please email us with the details/dates of your stay and if you are wishing to stay at either Escape or the Arthouse.
  • A 50% deposit is required, payable by credit card, at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Balance will be put on your card on the day of your arrival.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel this reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date any deposit paid (less an administration fee of $330.00 incl GST) will be refunded. If you cancel this reservation less than 30 days before the arrival date, you agree that any deposit paid: (a) will NOT be refunded and will be forfeited to compensate for the loss of this reservation; (b) but may be refunded (less an administration fee of $330 incl GST) if the Property is re-booked for a reservation identical in all respects to this reservation.
  • Check-in by arrangement and named guest must sign a guest registration form.
  • Please note a $500 bond will be taken from your credit card and held from day of check in, until after you have checked out.
  • Check-out by 12 noon .
  • We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances.
  • Please note properties are residential premises and to be used strictly as residential premises by the guests nominated on the guest registration form.
  • Weddings, functions, parties and other like gatherings are strictly prohibited.

Should you want to do something extraordinary with a group of special friends or team building with your colleagues from work, whether it is a day, a week or a weekend away with beauty treatments, yoga, cooking demo's, art classes, please let us know and we can help plan your Escape experience. Freestyle Escape Art Workshops and Gourmet Exeriences are also available for private groups of 10+.

Freestyle Escape Art Workshops from $250 per person (minimum 10 people or $2500)
Freestyle Escape Art classes offer an experienced Art tutor where class is tailored to the skills of your group. All materials are supplied: apron, hat, brushes, paint, easel and artist palette for painting classes.

Freestyle Escape Gourmet Experiences from $295 per person
Our classes are held from 9.30am to 4.30pm. Classes include: an unforgettable life experience, apron, cowboy hat, lunch, vino and hands-on cooking class.

Booking information for classes

  • Full payment is required upon booking to secure your position
  • Due to inclement weather or other conditions out of our control, cancellations are at Freestyle Escape's discretion but will be fully refunded
  • Closed in shoes must be worn for all classes
  • Extra aprons are available for purchase on request
  • Class bookings can be exchanged with at least 2 weeks prior notice
  • Refunds or credits will not be given for "no shows"
  • If you are unable to attend, you may organise to send someone else in your place
